That's the biggest take I have gotten so far.

quote:

When asked by the Democrat counsel about whether the summery he wrote was false, Vindman hesitated.

“That’s not entirely accurate, but I’m not sure I would describe it as false, it was consistent with U.S. policy,” Vindman said.

Vindman said he included the rhetoric about corruption as a “messaging platform” to describe U.S. policy toward Ukraine, even though it was not discussed on the call.

Take him out in front of the courthouse and put him down for treason.

That would be awesome. Criminal prosecution should be filed.

Ummm... it can't be both. It's either accurate or it's false. That seems pretty straightforward.

You know how as an adult, when you are around adolescent children (say middle school aged), and they’re telling a story about how they got in trouble at school, but ‘they didn’t do anything wrong’ - but as an adult, from the outside, you can see straight through their bullshite story??

That’s EXACTLY what this whole fricking shitshow has felt like from the beginning

frick those people for doing this, and frick the powers that be for allowing this god damned charade to continue. fricking completely embarrassing

Now, does the class understand why the Filth started this whole charade under the premise of "hearsay is better than direct evidence"?

These are frightening times, friends.

The Filth will stop at nothing to bury those they hate. Even if it means changing laws and lying.

This guy is living proof of what I have said for years. Way too many Officers tucked out in these little Staff positions inside the beltway. In my day of going to the Pentagon and HQMC, Col and Captains were like assholes, everybody had one. Put this guy in front of a CO Selection Board, if he is unfit to command, Sayonara!

US Foreign Policy is what the President says it is. Trump made a HUGE mistake by not immediately firing every single ambassador and every person leading every federal agency.

So the corruption was consistent with previous administration's policy and he just assumed that the new administration would be doing the same? Business as usual?

Am I misunderstanding this?

Corrupt people with loyalty to Obama and Clinton were allowed to stay in their jobs. Heck - simple people with loyalty to prior administrations and not the current President.

So Vindman is also a fan of parody like Schiff?

Corruption was in the "talking points" outline that Vindman helped write for Trump for both his first and second phone call with Zelensky.

Trump didn't mention corruption in either call. And in fact, the "transcript" the White House gave out on the first phone call, said that Trump included the word corruption -- even though he didn't.

So, the fact that Vindman said that Trump said corruption in the second call -- was that good or bad for Trump?
