Toledo was with a 21 year old named Roman who had just fired 7 shots point blank at a car. The two ran away together. From the article:

The officer told Toledo “drop it, drop it,” as Toledo turned toward the officer with a gun in his right hand, Murphy said.

Sounds like a justified shooting. I don't care if he was 13. An armed 13 year old running around after having just been part of an attempted murder is a danger.

Read an article about how the mayor essentially called Adam a lonely youth seduced by gang members. The family then fires back about how he came from a supportive community and close-knit family. As tragic as this is, why the hell was a 13 year old running the streets at 2:30?
