Before Being Executed.
And no Investigation, move along nothing to see here.

The video, which can be viewed in full here, does show Babbitt shouting, “It’s our house, we’re allowed to be here,” at officers, but also appearing to try to stop others from breaking through the doors. In the video, she visible winces as Alam leaned to break the window with his right hand.
quote:
Babbitt’s husband Aaron said his wife was shouting “Stop! No! Don’t! Wait!” Babbitt’s expression in the video is one of shock.
quote:
Three police officers then appear to move away from the Speaker’s Lobby doors, as a U.S. Capitol Police Containment Emergency Response Team (CERT) came up the stairs. They were responding to an erroneous police radio report of shots fired.
Aaron Babbitt said that his wife was in fear for her life, which is why she tried to climb through the window to escape the commotion. Babbitt was shot and killed by Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd as she tried to climb through the broken window. At no point did she pose an active threat to any of the officers including Byrd, who recently admitted he could not see if she was armed, and had no cause to believe she was a threat to him.

Yeah..but she was a trump supporter. So she deserved to die. Not only did she deserve to die, but her killer is labeled a hero for shooting her dead..as a way to encourage other cops to kill trump supporters.
We'll probably see more unarmed trump supporters gunned down by police, in the future. What's the downside for the police? There will never be an investigation into a police killing of a trump supporter. The media will praise them as a hero.

This seems like a stretch.
But the rest seems on the money.

I only wish that Michael Byrd face justice by any means. If this corrupt government and its agencies can't bring it, then I hope that it comes in more nefarious ways.
HE IS A MURDERER!

The cop who killed her saw an opportunity to take a free shot at a white girl and he took it. Pure and simple.

Yes and no. Depends on the time of day and what is scheduled for that day.

I don't believe that at all.

I believe this.

Great comments by those in the Thread. I think a lot of questions would be answered if there was an investigation. After any Shooting I thought it was a standard Practice to do that.

It was a Hillary level interview done in house. Imagine that.

there was an investigation? and the 'shooter' didnt have to be any part of it? odd, no?
quote:uh WHAT?
A request was sent by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to cremate Babbitt’s body just two days after they received her remains. The email bounced with an “undeliverable” message, which bizarrely came through written in Chinese characters.
KA-cha-ching-Ka-BOOM
I'll just wait over here while you guys wrestle with details of whatever the FCK happened in this case.
I will have an opinion

I’m confused. So confused.
I’ve seen on this site that they were anti trump crisis actors and that she wasn’t shot at all.
Ive seen where she was a pro trumpet and was shot.
Who knows anything anymore.

Ya think?
maybe it was too much inconvenience what with the body already cremated and what not
[HINT: Ashli Babbitt was still alive after being soaked with those four or five fake blood squib packs]

Yet Byrd was never even interviewed by any law agency.
Prepare. They hate us and they want us dead. I don't know what could possibly unify America any more.

By no means do I think there was a genuine insurrection attempt on 1/6 but I also have to put myself in the shoes of the officer who shot Ms. Babbitt... If it's my job to secure and protect lawmakers and I saw a huge crowd encroaching and breaking windows trying to gain entry, I may have done the same thing when the first person attempted to crawl through the window. This thing happened very fast and in a panic situation those guys are trained to take action. For all he knew, hundreds of people were about to storm through the window with bad intentions. I don't think there was necessarily a right and wrong here as it's a very difficult situation.

they might have rubbed some inferiority on him or something

By refusing to cooperate with an internal investigation into what you believe to be a "good shoot"?

I'd say this was a banana republic, but it's worse than that. Some cop is restraining a known felon and he dies from a fentanyl OD and we gleefully allow riots and businesses to burn. However, this lady is executed on Jan 6th and they never even interview the dude that did it? An unarmed white woman?
And before yall start talking about Trump and the Republicans, those MFers haven't said shite or done shite about fixing this problem. fricking NOTHING. It's like Gitmo except for Americans.

I’m gonna go walk into the nearest aircraft carrier and ask to take it for a drive since my tax dollars paid for it.
