SammyTiger implied that he is okay with the Admiral’s lies as he seems to hate the unvaccinated.

The "medical" definition of obese accounts for virtually NO muscle mass.
I am almost 60, about 5'10", and supposed to weight around 170. I weigh 190, work out four-days-a-week with running 3 miles and lifting with a below 40 resting heart rate.
Yeah, I will say that when I was in the USAF, I was always on their borderline of medically obese (I'm 5'11", a gym rat, and could literally max out every PT test category other than waist/weight measurements). Some of their metrics are a body type thing, instead of actually measuring fitness.
But the military is obviously still much too corpulent overall.
ETA: Oddly enough, even after being medically discharged (had a bad ankle surgery), I'm actually in better shape now than when I was active duty

I would like to know what the MEDICAL DEFINITON of obesity actually is. If it's some of the stupid calculations I have seen I am surprised it's not more.

And the Navy were all fat.
A little more than 10 years ago, the running portion of the Navy's fitness test gave a 20 year old man 13:30 to run 1.5 miles. That is comical.

while the average age was about 24 or 25, the mean was about 22.
How is this even possible?

The median could be 22. The mean and the average are the same, obvi.
