So, if no embryo or fertilized egg or whatever you want to call it has separate existence or recognition, I guess Vermont will no longer be charging people with murder if they intentionally inflict injury upon a mother with the intent to abort the pregnancy?
Sounds like you might have some would-be fathers out there who would rather a 1-3 year sentence for battery than 18 of child support.

What you posters fail to see is that this is the long con for democrats.
Single, female black mothers are not going to give up their child for abortion at any rate more than what they already are. They know that pumping out babies is their meal ticket.
This is designed to lower the population of whites, and you are all looking in another direction. Birth rates for blacks and whites are going in opposite directions.

Not really. Just wanted to dispute this one. This isn't the reason. The left is pushing frickING HARD for any "minority" rights right now. Women aren't really a minority, but I guess they have been oppressed by the white man.

The South was winning the legality of slavery through the Compromise of 1850. But it just had to keep pushing their victories from the Constitution (1787) until Dred Scott (1858) turned them to ashes in their mouths.
The baby killers have not learned the lesson. Because of Nuclear Option started by Harry Boy, 50 GOP Senators and a GOP President can put real conservatives on the Court. Further, a true assurance of a nominee that they will follow precedent doesn’t assure Roe. Brown overturning Plessy IS PRECEDENT!
