I just want to know how many people have bent the knee.
A lot. Way more than you'd think.
Every person I talk to about this, says almost everyone ends up getting the vaxx vs losing job.
Best guess, for every 100 who ask and are denied an exemption. 2 or 3 quit/get fired over it once it's denied. The rest take the jab.

3% attrition expected for exempt employees is what I've seen.
MUCH higher for salaried workers. As high as 40%. Thats whats got this all hung up. Most companies could easily function 3% lighter on office staff. They collapse within a week with that much hourly attrition in one swoop.

They can suck my fricking dick
Vaccine mandate is a declaration of war as far as I’m concerned. We’re not talking about Hepatitis vaccines or vaccines that actually work, were talking about a vaccine that obviously doesn’t work and was created and pushed by the same people that created and released the virus.
If the Supreme Court can no longer do its job, it’s war time, period

Between return to office and the vaccine mandate that took effect on January 4, my company of 50,000 lost 20-30% of the workforce. That’s the rumor, anyway.

Will not comply...ever. I would move to the furthest reaches of society and live like a pioneer before I bow down to this tyranny.

That is so employees can tattle the violations to osha.
While I agree that is the intent, and that is how it will be used by many, it’s still useful information. Just as employees have to “put their cards on the table” by proving their vax status to the employer, the employer must do the same regarding total number of vaxxed/unvaxxed in the company.
If you find out that 50% of staff is unvaxxed, you have a better idea of your bargaining power with the company. Either they are granting lots of exemptions or they are about to lose a significant portion of their workforce. If you find out it’s 95% vaxxed, you may have less leverage, depending on your specific role within the company.

Yup, same as this admin has done from the start, tried to pit groups against each other...

Of 120 employees in our office, 40 have been vaxxed.
In July our corporate sent out an email indicating we are 75% vaxxed.... a total lie!

This
If you go the weekly testing route some companies might not offer it with just a low % of unvaxxed. If you company is at 50% and you know it maybe you can get them to offer the testing and pay for the test. If it's like 1% unvaxxed your probly fricked on staying there with no shot.
Not going to lie got my nerves all bad waiting to here the decision to see what my company's next step will be.

The company that I work for has a little over 900 employees. About 110 salaried and the rest is skilled craft labor. The vaccine mandates have never been mentioned in any company issued emails to hourly employees or mid level managers.
I am on the senior leadership team at corporate and we have group discussed our contingency plan if there is not a stay issued. Several of us are adamantly against the mandates. Myself, two other VPS, and our COO are not and do not plan to get the shots. Our 65 year old CEO, 61 years old CFO, and two late 40s VPS have received the shots already. Senior leadership is split down the middle on who has taken the shots.
We intend to do weekly testing for those who are against the shot if it is not stayed. Still working on trying to figure out how to make that work and how to pay for it.

Why doesn’t the SC simply deem the mandate a overreach of Executive power and strike it down, instead of simply issuing a stay and allowing this to drag on? Just end it already!

They could do that.

But given SCOTUS' preference for letting the Circuit and district courts handle the merits of most issues first, this is probably a better bet. The issue before the Court is focused on the stay, not the merits:
quote:
Issue: Whether the Supreme Court should issue a stay of OSHA's vaccine-or-testing regime for all businesses with 100 or more employees.

Not yet. The Court is actually hearing arguments right now in another matter.

So is it possible when they wrap up, that they announce? Or will it be pushed out via the Scotus website?

The longer they don’t say anything the worse I feel. And the covidians are about to fricking giddy with this shite.

This is crazy. This should have been struck down last week.
