USA v Russia/China hypothetical war

in a pointless hypothetical, if these countries declared war on each other and militaries got involved who would win and how/why? Statistically the USA is stronger than the next 5 militaries in the world combined.

globalfirepower.com has some cool military stats. USA has close to 14000 aircraft, China/Russia have close to 6000 combined.

No one would. America could probably get by without Russian trade, but the entire world economy would collapse completely if China and the US were to go to war. We are now way too interlinked as an economy to make even financially viable for China and the US to go to war with one another. A completely crazy person would have to be in charge of one of our countries in order for it to happen. I can't see a real scenario that the US and China go to war within my lifetime.

If we fight a pussified politically correct war like all of the wars we've fought since WW2 then we would lose.
If we fight the war with a "gloves are off" approach like we did in WW2 then we win easily.

Still no one. There would be no land invasion of any of the countries since that would make zero strategic sense since actually invading and holding these countries would be an impossibility. Missiles might be used, but without the destructive capabilities if nuclear warheads, they would be largely ineffective.
The war would be fought in other countries.

Yes! China going to war with us would be economic suicide. If anything, they would drop all of that currency they've been hoarding into our stock market and frick shite up. A war with China wouldn't be done with bombs and guns. It would be done with economics and hackers.

Another good one. Tell our generals/commanders to follow the Geneva convention and that's it. They wreck shop when their hands aren't tied.

We haven't faced a threat like WWII since then. Cold war is arguable as a threat, but not a true war.

I see us winning as of now. We have a greater force and more allies to use their ports. We could resupply anywhere in the world where China and Russia are very limited. These two countries bully so many nations so they have only a few small countries that would have their back.
