Of course there's no information in the artcle about what exactly Russia is doing to hurt Biden. And Biden doesn't need any help hurting himself. He does that every time he's on camera.

Yeah the intel report made the rounds on the internet today. Man does it make this author look bad as he spins the report to make Trump look like the bad guy. So dishonest.

Both Russia and China would rather Biden since he has been and can be purchased cheaply.
Both know Trump will win. Putin will try to aid Trump publicly in order to weaken him and America. Xi will try to aid Biden secretly because Trump has and will effectively destroy China’s world domination dreams.
Putin knows Trump actively opposes his dreams of a reborn Russian Empire, but he now knows that an industrial and militarized China on his southern border could become a worse threat.
