Can you imagine if Trump had done this??? RUSSIAN COLLUSION! - that’s all we’d hear from the left.

What is the claim? Did the US supposedly put a self-destruct on every rocket, such that it would produce an airborne explosion if it attempted to fly across the border and into Russian airspace?

Looks like we modified them to prevent them from firing the longest-range rockets. They COULD shoot into Russia with the rockets they have ... just not very far.

It’s public information. We modified the HIMARS to prevent them from launching ATACMs, which are the longest range options for the platform.

No. That is silly.
The ones we sent them can’t fire the MGM-140’s. Any of their other weapons can “reach” Russia. They just don’t have a 200 Mi range to do so. They’d have to get within 50 Mi or so with what they currently have.
