I have. I just disagree. Leftist judges will definitely always try to subvert the rule of law. They will rule against whatever he proposes. I don’t know if this constitutes a conspiracy though. There are avenues to deal with rogue judges that will never be used because of gutless elected thieves. These same officials could deal with the problems in their own states and districts that he seeks to address.

With that said, while there is a battle between two branches because the third is impotent, the invocation of this act for this reason sets a precedent that is hard to walk back. A unilateral decision of this magnitude needs a higher bar in my opinion.

If this is only about immigration issues, that to me is a whole different animal.

That’s cool. I felt the actions by Obama, Hillary, the FBI, DOJ, and the like were more along the lines of sedition. They set out to ruin him before elected, sabotage him afterwards and then actually ruined people in his admin and general orbit.
