The facts are that Iraq was lost under Obama's watch.

Obama's to blame, because his policies and "leadership" are lacking.

The Commandant of the Marine Corps agrees with me.

The labia and clitoris are removed, and the internal areas are basically cauterized shut, then small incisions are made to allow urine and menstrual blood to escape. It frequently leads to infections and death.

It's fricked up, inconceivable, and evil as shite.

Each disingenuous, dishonest asshat is responsible in his turn. I find it to be the height of silliness to point backwards at the "other team's" dishonest, disingenuous asshat as the "bad one" and to provide some cover for the current disingenuous, dishonest asshat.

Obama is the current one. W was the prior one. W is gone. Obama wears the crown.

I castigate them as they come along and do not look back for support of " my team"

Meh. The Middle East is inherently f'd up.

I'm curious as to how many times the phrase "it's 6 one way, half-dozen the other" has been used in strategic talks concerning Iraq and the ME.

What possible reasoning could they have for doing that? Don't tell me. Some f'd up muslim thing to keep the women from tempting the men and therefore causing the men to sin again allah. Dang bunch of backwards heathens.

But he wouldn't have had to deal with it if not for Bush. Thus, it lies on Bush's shoulders.

Well, frick!!

If George Washington weren't a good general, we may have lost that war.

Thus, it is Washington's fault.

He didn't deal with it. That is why he'll leave the situation worse than he found it.

They really are. Obviously all religions, ethnic groups, inhabitants of every region are capable of unspeakable cruelty but it seems like it's literally every single day over there. The whole region is seething with hatred over every little thing. Some of the differences they routinely kill each other over are smaller in scope than the differences many American groups have with one another and you don't see us at each other's throats.

I hate to lump them all in together but I just don't have a lot of hope for their reconciliation with one another. It may be time to call another crusade and put this shite to bed for good

These people aren't even human. There's no reasoning with this logic.

Why, a few, people on this board seem to have such sympathy for Islamist fundamentalism I will never understand.

Not sure why you're laughing. ISIS didn't exist during Bush's tenure. And, according to the current President, was only jayvee a few months ago.

You can argue whether or not we should have gone in to begin with, but you can't argue who's watch this current crisis occurred under and who is responsible for allowing this outcome. The situation was far more stable prior to the current administration. Perfect, hell no. But not this bad.

So, what now? We've probably just created a bunch of women who hate the US for abandoning them and allowing ISIS to mutilate them. I feel terrible for them. I don't blame the President for this. I blame ISIS. I can disagree as to how he handles it. The President should wipe their asses from the earth and put in bases in Iraq before they can kill all the Christians, mutilate all the women, and spread across the region.

Just my opinion.

This is about one of the only topics that I like Bill Maher's stance. It's hilarious hearing him go on an anti-Muslim rant and to watch how his audicence basically shuts up in horror.

It's called ignorance.

Just like that last moron lib I talked to, scared of guns and wants them all taken away, yet is opposed to the militarization of the police force. He discounts the violence in Chicago and does not care about "gang members" but cares more about the "kids".
So dumb, regurgitates the lib narrative, has no material to site and relies all on emotion.

If Bush makes you choose between A and B then whatever the outcome it is Bush's fault for making you choose. That makes sense. It is amusing to watch the crawfishing from people who were claiming Obama's diplomacy was transforming things for the better in 2010 now claiming those policies aren't in any way responsible for the current situations.

And just for kicks, Bush wouldn't have had to deal with it if Clinton had authorized the killing of bin Laden in 1999. LINK Thus, it lies on Bill Clinton's shoulders. Your turn.
