These are depositions in the ongoing case over Virginia Guiffre et al lawsuit against the Jeffery Epstein estate. They name Maxwell as basically the brains behind the operation. Guiffre and Maxwell's depositions both from the sound of it. And at least 11 other documents.
I don't think we are going to get the entire dump tonight. I think we will get the 11 other documents later. It sounds like this first batch is the depositions of the abused and the abuser. Guiffre and Maxwell.
Maxwell (abuser) filed a motion asking for additional redactions (names). It was denied.
The order from the judge was basically that anyone who was one of the alleged abusers is going to be named and damn the consequences. Anyone who was there at these parties or whatever but didn't (according to Guiffre) take part in the abuse, will be redacted from the documents.

Yes, but I'm about 98% positive he is one of the accused.
Actually, correction. It doesn't mean they're "good to go." It just means their name would be redacted from these documents.
However, if someone sat by and watched it all, that is still a crime. And in that case, I imagine their name would still show.
I think the ones that will be redacted are the people on the periphery of it all. Someone that just happened to be at the party that night, and part of the story, but didn't take part in any of the abuse.
There will likely be several such names that are redacted and Donald Trump is likely to be one of those names.

I explained a few posts up from yours what we are waiting for.
And as I said before, I wish that video hadn't been dropped in this thread. I was just passing along that info to the folks that are tracking that sort of thing in that one thread I'm not allowed to post in. Mostly just letting anyone interested to know there is a video out there, but they should go find it themselves. Oh well.

Same for me. I accessed it right when it was released then nothing else would load. Must be too much traffic for the website to handle.
