I'm not a tweeter, but I figured I would sign up for one just now.
I enter my email address to sign up and it tells me there already is a twitter associated with that email account. I get a password reset link set to me, reset it, and it is a user that has 1 tweet, in Arabic, from February of 2015. photo is a close up photo of a baby.
Sorry for the diary-like post, but is this weird or normal for twitter?

Weird. I feel I would have noticed, but maybe not. I've bought a house since this account was established, check my credit report frequently, and have never noticed any funds depleting unaccounted from any of my bank accounts.

Im at a desk 10 hours a day when I'm not traveling and have tons of downtime between meetings and calls. Not sure what else to do since my GF won't let me post politics on FB anymore. Should try to be more productive tho I agree.
