As emotionally satisfying as that would be, it would do nothing to address the main issue here.

The problem is the deeply embedded anarcho-tyrants in the reigning political establishment which seek to control every minutiae of lawful citizen’s existence while refusing to protect the basic rights of these citizens from marauding hordes of lawless brutes.

“Violence is an artificial construct”?

No, what is an “artificial” construction is allowing violent psychopaths to repeatedly cycle in and out of the criminal justice system with scant retribution for the violence they inflict upon society.

Dad is a bitch, the mother fricker should have never made it out of his house alive.

I would encourage him to think about leaving the rest of his family without a father.

He may have family.

The shitbird stabbed a 6 year old boy to death. He needs to be killed one way or another. The justice system failed. Time for someone to step up.

Why is this even an option? Why was he only given 16 years in the first place?

In a just world, like violence would be returned upon the cancerous elements in the reigning political culture who encourage such anarcho-tyranny.

Exantus entered the home through an unlocked door on the night of December 6, 2015

quote:

Ronald Exantus, 42, stabbed the entire Tipton family as they slept in their Versailles, Kentucky, home on Dec. 7, 2015 — but focused most of his rage on little Logan, who he slashed repeatedly in the head with a kitchen knife.

quote:

When Logan’s father, Dean Tipton, confronted the knife-wielding intruder, the dad was stabbed and tossed 10-15 feet, he told WLKY.

quote:

Daughter Dakota described the harrowing scene to the outlet, “He stabbed me in the back. And then stomped on my head,” she said.

quote:

“And I remember waking up across the room, not where I was at, and I looked and he was killing Logan and Logan was screaming.”

Thank you, Obama.

I wouldn't wait to "cross paths" with the man. I'd hunt him down and kill him.

Jury said he was insane when killing Logan but knew what he was doing in assaulting the father and daughter. Made no sense so it must have been a bargain among jury members between those that wanted to let him go and those knowing he was guilty.

Lexington is one county east of Woodford County. Should have moved the trial to Western Kentucky or Eastern Kentucky, if a change of venue was required.

But the defense might not have got the jury they wanted there.

We will not forget. Justice for Logan.

The SOB crossed state lines to commit murder. Hopefully DOJ can step in with additional charges.

Justice for Logan.

I served in a very special unit when i was in the military during the Vietnam War and about half of my unit is still alive. I promise this pos would be gone and never heard from again after 2 days out. It would also be the worst possible thing for him and i would have the best alibi.

When you stop and think about the courts allowing this animal to walk free.

How many people, children, will cross paths with this guy.

To have this guy caught, imprisoned, and they let him walk free.

Unreal.

Our justice system is broken in much the same way our health and food system is broken.

Enough people are in it that are trying to game the system for their own benefit that the welfare of society at large is put in jeopardy.

This isn't a lapse in judgement. It's by design.

There should be some deep dark former spec ops groups that serve as avenging angels for cases like this, and the Allie Rice case, as well as corrupt politicos (a la Term Limits)
