They moved the trial to Lexington to get a “favorable” jury.

Justice for Logan.

I can’t comprehend this sentencing for the criminal. Make it make sense.

I agree with the father. He only thing I would do differently is this, I would
First kill the judge that sentenced him to 8 years and then I would go after the killer. The judge would die for sure.

This POS tried to kill the entire family. The young daughter was stabbed and had to watch her little brother get stabbed repeatedly in the head screaming for his life.

We'll see what a Kentucky jury has to say about it. This case is kind of the reason we have juries.

I hope the Father and his friends attack the homes of all that had a hand in his son's murderer getting a lenient sentence. The Judge, the Parole Board, the Defense Attorney; and then torture the murderer to death, and I hope a jury lets him walk no matter what evidence they have.

I would hate for this to become my fate in life but after losing his child in this way he is forever changed. Now he feels the need for the justice he was denied and his fate seems to be defined by the circumstances

We need more vigilante justice in cases like this but the Judges, Progressive Prosecutors, Defense Attorneys etc need to be targeted as well. There is no reason anyone in our Justice system should be shielded from consequences

This starts to make sense.

I can’t find the racial demographics of the jury anywhere. Seven men and five women.

The fricking idiots on the jury found him guilty of the assaults on the family but not guilty by reason of insanity on the murder of the boy.

Our society will perish because of absolute pussies.

Did the jury convict on a lesser included offense or is this on the judge?

Sounds like the govt is making claims of revenge with deep fake video. I don't think a jury is going to buy the AGs false claims that the father actually did it. Acquitted by a jury of his peers.

Yes. They convicted on the assault charges on the rest of the family. If they had convicted on the murder charges, he could’ve faced the death penalty.

He was in a psychotic state in part because of drug use.
