Have you considered NOT killing someone with your car? It doesn't take much empathy to use your brakes instead of smashing into human beings and probably killing them. All of you internet tough guys talk a big game. I hope you're not as stupid as you're acting and wouldn't smash into people with your car for protesting in a place that's inconvenient for you. If you are that stupid, then I hope you never get put into that situation. But if you are, I hope the jury unanimously convicts you so you can spend the rest of your miserable life in jail.

Looks like the driver hit the brakes about 50-75 yards before the collision. They probably didn't expect to find people in the roadway and since it was at night they didn't see them in time.
