So no, the protesters did not illegally block the highway in this case. This driver fricked up big time by entering the closed off highway by driving backwards on an off ramp.
This is all made up. There was no permit granted to block the interstate.
The driver is going to be in trouble. But the protesters should be charged as well.

But I honestly have zero sympathy for the “protestors”, and as far as the driver goes I’m just glad he is not white. He can deal with his actions as facts come out
