Inside the “party houses” the girls were “white slags.” Pakistani girls were to be kept “pure” for marriage.
One Rotherham abuser, named Muhammad, branded his victim with the letter ‘M’ – to mark her as his.
Now the part that should end careers. This was not missed. It was seen, recorded, and ignored.
Sexual health clinics treated 13-year-olds for gonorrhoea and never asked how a child had it. One survivor’s verdict: “The NHS is complicit.”
A children’s home paid £5,000 a week to keep one girl safe let her abusers sit in cars outside and phone the home to ask after the girls.
A care worker was told that noting their number plates was “above her pay grade.”

And votes. Per the report: Labour councils and MPs were briefed on the gangs as early as 2003, then denied knowledge – because the electoral support of Muslim communities mattered more than the girls.
London. The report records that Mayor Sadiq Khan has repeatedly insisted there are no grooming gangs in his city – that it’s really “county lines,” “far more complex.”
A Daily Express investigation found he had direct access to inspectorate documents showing exactly those patterns.
Westminster’s record, per the report: in Jan 2025 MPs voted down a national statutory inquiry, 364 to 111.
It cites the reported claim that, on Keir Starmer’s watch as DPP, some 13,000 suspected offenders were dealt with by warning letter.
Lord Nazir Ahmed – former Rotherham Labour councillor, made a peer by Blair – was convicted in 2022 of child sex offences including the rape of a 13-year-old. Jailed for five and a half years.
These children were chosen because no one in authority would come for them. They were right.
I’ve written the whole thing up – every survivor, every agency that failed them, what their abusers believed and why – as a summary for the people who’ll never read 219 pages.
The people who buried this relied on you never reading it.
