If I remember correctly, before 543 AD the Bible contained passages referring to the belief in reincarnation but all those references were removed by Emperor Justinian 1 at that time.

I'd suggest that the numbers don't add up, for one. If we're all unique and possess a singular soul, how can we be reincarnated? What about the soul of the life that we've been reincarnated into? Doesn't that individual have its own soul?

The Good Lord stated that "he that seeks to save his self, shall lose it..."; the implication there being that if you cling to who you were/are, that you will not grow into being who you hope and work to be.
"For it is appointed for a man to live once, and then the judgement"; implication being that the current and evolving 'Soul' that one is, changes, for the better or worse, toward Heaven (Love/Unity) or Hell (Love's Opposite/Narcissism) depending on one's values and industry toward said changes. "New wine in new bottles".
I doubt that any of us are the same person that we were in our youth. If I were to meet my 'self' when I was 20, there would be conflict, as many of the characteristics that made me who I was back then, are now rejected, if not abhorred (for the current Me).
I have no desire to be 'me' in my next life, but a refined and more powerful version of the me that was the basis for growth in this life. Jesus said that "I come that ye may have life, and life more abundantly..." and that we "would go in and out and find pasture". The real issue for those of us who love our life in this body and hope to continue toward our dreams is whether our Karma in the Judgment allows such a basis for prosperity. There is little doubt that where we landed in this life directly affected who we are and how we prosper. Or not. That is the scary part; "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of all Knowledge".
It will suffice for me to glimpse Heaven, and know that my journey forward is eternal, and though I know that experiencing Heaven firsthand will be mesmerizing and impossible to reject in comparison to this highly problematic and evil world, I believe that with my Lord's Mercy and absolute wisdom of Truth that 'He' will put me where I am most able to grow toward my own personal "mansion". I will ask that 'He' always be with me, wherever.
If there is God, and such is Just, then each and every one of us EARNED where we started in this life...and what we believe and do in this one will determine our next. NWS Jesus' Mercy, which is a 'trump card' in the whole Karma paradigm. Thank God's merciful love for that, above all. Jesus earned the right to dispense it; 'He' passed the 'Test'. None other could, in a Human form, as to my current belief.
This Thread is taking on the characteristics of the now infamous TOE Thread. That is good. I really miss that Thread. IMO, it was the crowning achievement of the Poliboard. Good people pushing the envelope of knowledge.
Something big is coming soon. Next year will likely be a sort of beginning. This 'generation' of Souls has grown to fruition, and it is time that we learn and know the whole Truth in order that we may make an educated choice. The only valid choice. Lord have mercy as the Children of Love undertake this hard but worthy challenge.

Temple explains that humans and our corporeal world actually comprise a very small portion of our universe, with the majority being plasma-based. He goes on to argue that our souls may be plasma-based.
So perhaps God, Angels, Demons, what-have-you etc., are potentially plasma-based as well, and that these plasma entities have a long history of interacting with humans

The choice to 'know God' would indeed have fundamental effects on the "you", and loss of the current body is supposedly a hallmark of Heaven. Eden, I assume to be a more Worldly form of a 'Heavenly' scenario. Supposedly Adam and Even chose to leave Eden in order to test themselves and know the WHOLE Truth. In effect, knowing God.
I don't think they got kicked out, TP, I think the chose to take what comes with the 'education'. And they say that the only true and valid choice is an educated and uncoerced choice. If challenged by something that I did not know, and said challenge went to the basic core value of my 'Self', and since my 'self' is all that I truly possess, then I would most certainly want to make that educated/uncoerced choice, even if it cost skin. Of course, I now know that God's Love, manifest as the Mercy of His Son - who experienced the Human Form and remained flawless - will cover my perhaps unwise folly.
I think that God and Jesus respects and admires those who take up that lofty challenge. And of course, laments the supposed 1/3 who won't make it back to Eden. By their own preference and choice.
We exist as only God's 'Dream'. That is the ultimate Truth, and the ultimate arbiter of the fate of any and all Entities that can, have or will exist. Even on a Spiritual level, "every knee will bow". I'm fine with that. I like being 'little' looking at Big, as long as I can "go in and out and find pasture". Thank you Jesus.
