Can't trust anyone with the last name Mellon. But beyond that, I don't think many POTUSes have even been read-in on the UFO stuff. Trump was (imo), but Clinton wasn't. If Clinton wasn't, I highly doubt Obama was either. Or the Bushes.
Maybe Reagan. After all, he did say we are facing an external threat.

They may have been read in on what the CIA has, but the CIA doesn't have the fancy shite. I think the CIA has the stuff that can be used to HOAX an invasion though. Holograms and the like.
And even then I doubt it. Clinton came right out and said he was turned down when he tried to get to the bottom of it.

Maybe, but to my knowledge and as far as presidents go, only Obama has publicly said anything that alludes to UAPs being a real thing (edit: Obama actually confirmed they were real but gave no other info).
Why do you think Trump was briefed on them? He was pretty skeptical iirc.
Edit: Also, how do you know definitively that Clinton wasn't?

The pilots' eyewitness accounts are separate from the gimbal video. If we had video of their account it would be a different story and perhaps the gamechanger we are hoping for.

This is a really good point.
And to expound, the 3 videos confirmed by the Pentagon to be UAPs are by themselves almost entirely unremarkable. None of those objects do anything on video that the reported RADAR and eyewitness testimony would describe as incredible, let alone physically beyond any known human capabilities.
Related to that, of all the ostensibly credible videos of UFOs we've seen, none of them show any sort of maneuverability that couldn't be explained by potentially terrestrial origins. If I'm wrong, someone please show me a video of crafts doing 90 degree turns at high speed, zipping across the sky at tens of thousand of miles per hour and stopping abruptly, or even just a video of a UFO vanishing or darting away before the viewers eyes at high speed that is so often claimed. These stories are a dime a dozen and we have nothing, literally nothing on video, to support it.
Side note: Despite my obvious skepticism in some areas of this discussion, I really hope and want there to be something special to whatever that something is, and there is 100% something going on, that is now a fact, I'm just not getting my hopes too high and tempering expectations based on the limited data we have.

Clinton told people he was going to get to the bottom of it and brief the public on what he found out. When asked about what he found out he said, "there is a government within the government and I don't control it." Now, that doesn't mean he definitively was shut down, but a lot of people have gone on to basically say he was told to frick off.
I base my comments about Obama and the Bushes on that considering they're all on the same team (Clinton, Obama, Bush).
It's my opinion that we have some good guys in positions of power who want the truth disclosed, but that they cannot do so while corrupt shitheads run the country because the tech could literally be used to enslave the entire world.
So what we are seeing with all of this behind the scenes shite show right now is those same good guys clearing the shitheads off the board.
I think they saw our current trajectory as unsustainable and hatched a plan to take all the shitheads down in order to pave the way for UFO disclosure and to usher in the next stage of human evolution.

The video from the UAP Theory link I provided earlier is pretty remarkable, in my opinion and although there are no 90 degree turns as you mention, its ability to travel at remarkable speed in the air, an then continue to move into the water with ease is evidence of advanced technology. Here is the Department of Homeland Security's footage that was used in their analysis.

Oh wait, if it flies at "unremarkable speed", like say 100 kts for arguments sake, in the air and underwater, without skipping a beat, would our curious tech guru's here, find that to be "remarkable"?

James Fox's new documentary Moment of Contact about the 1996 Brazilian Varginha city incident has supposedly stirred some more folks to come forward. Rumor is that there is photographic or video evidence of one of the creatures that may see the light of day.
I watched the documentary a few days ago and its a fascinating case because of the sheer number of witnesses and all the moving parts ...from the crashed ship, to the alien beings hiding in the city and being captured by locals.. to the supposed removal by US military. Unfortunately , thus far anyway, its all just testimonial evidence.

I know it sounds absolutely ridiculous and James acknowledges that at the beginning and says that is one the reasons he's kinda ignored it for so long. I've been studying the UFO phenomenon for a very long time and the cases out of Brazil are some of the weirdest ones.
