Keep doing what the laws say?
So you think the US is tyrannical now? Under Trump?
Good luck with your revolution. Let me know how it turns out for you.

WTF does that even mean? Listen to yourself
Are you going to bend over if some coalition of Marxists fool the public and slide into spots for your local city council?
Some of the posters here can't wait to wake up each morning to find some way they've been victimized. It would be different if they ever had a plan of reaction.
But they never do. Do they?
They just want to run to SECrant politics and get patted on the head for posting what some lunatic in Vermont did. I know what the Bill of Rights means. I don't give a fricking shite how some city council in Phoenix, Arizona wants to butcher it.
Stop being a pussy.

We know the law in question.
The contention is whether the law is an abridgement of the shop owner's constitutional rights

Has been discussed on here many times, though.
I am not calling you out for posting it, just making sure you know where the discussion stands

I'm an expert in constitutional law. I wouldn't discuss the constitutionality of an ordinance without examining the specific language of the ordinance, particularly where, as here, it's a facial challenge.

So I'm interested. If it turns out these Christian Artists were specifically targeted for their religion, would individuals bringing suit not be guilty under the same statute?

Funny though no Christian bakers / artists / pastors take any stance against people who divorce for non-biblical reasons and remarry.
I’m sure they ask about all their clients previous marital history. What a terrible excuse at a gotcha.
He wasn't referring to those particular artists, but rather making a general comment.
You're a little slow on the uptake.
