Are you going to bend over if some coalition of Marxists fool the public and slide into spots for your local city council?
Some of the posters here can't wait to wake up each morning to find some way they've been victimized. It would be different if they ever had a plan of reaction.

I'm an expert in constitutional law. I wouldn't discuss the constitutionality of an ordinance without examining the specific language of the ordinance, particularly where, as here, it's a facial challenge.
