So you want to take the stance that government law is not enforced by the threat of force and violence?
Let me help you out:
quote:
First, explain how armed robbery and commissioning art are similar.
That's what I said. Start over if you need to.
quote:
You mean a law degree?
No.
I mean an "advanced degree in government law."
quote:
No
Obviously.
I have my doubts about your other claims as well, or at least the university that awarded it.

Notice how he offers zero arguments.
Wrong. I simply won't allow others to steer the argument in a direction that supports their points while insinuating or outright claiming that I made points which I never made.
This is why you fall on your face when you challenge me. Every. Single. Time.
You can't argue against my points, so you make up your own and try to attribute them to me. When I don't allow it, we get what we see here.

Which is you stating that enforcement of law carries no implication of violence, correct? I mean we are talking about the enforcement of a law, no?

I mean an "advanced degree in government law."

Christ, boy.
Here:
What's confusing to you?
Wrong.
Again.
Hint: It's 2018.

quote:I have already fully shown how the analogy is apt. You are just repeatedly yelling "nuh-uhh" and acting like I didn't.
What's confusing to you?
Commissioning the art is not the analogy. We are discussing a law in Arizona. You are trying to obfuscate to save face.

Types of Law Degrees
quote:
These degrees include a Juris Doctor, a Master of Laws, and a Doctor of Juridical Science.
quote:
Master of Laws is actually the law degree that is completed after a Juris Doctor degree.
quote:
In order to be eligible for a Doctor of Juridical Science program a person must have a Juris Doctor degree or a master of law degree.

I think if you own a business you should be able to sell to whoever you want. That being said if its against the law there then its against the law. Its a dumb fricking law though. Some of yall are being very hypocritical.
