I am trying to figure out how the op came to a conclusion it was staged.
There seems to be a flood of trolls on the site starting the last couple weeks making unsubstantiated post subject lines. I guess the DNC social media troll headquarters is now in operation.

The girl was not an employee because she wasn't in uniform. She was in the enclosed space in front of the counter so I assumed she was vetted in some way just by her location. I'm surprised that you're surprised. smh
