you were at some type of event where a President was located. you went there with the specific intent to meet them.

And it’s really not even that noteworthy at all, nor even newsworthy - not on its own as a singular matter. But as it happens to accompany the current trend in Biden running off black voters - when these elements come together it is a rather noteworthy occurrence, as it’s demonstrative of the larger story and picture.
