Trump should pay the NY fine as a frick you and not appeal. It would piss them off more if he just paid and the case was over instead of them being able to drag it out in the news and seize his properties.

There is neither a PR value to that nor a political value, and certainly not a monetary value. People need to be aware going into the election what a crock of s*** this lawfare thing is and be reminded why.

Here's a famous one from a few years ago where the guy was "worth $32B" the day of the IPO. The stock is now a tiny fraction of what it once was and he is being sued left and right.
