Chris had a tough night. Two on one was not surprising, but fun. Many important points made, like throwing Bernie, AOC PLUS 3, and the rest, to the wolves! Radical Left is dumping Sleepy Joe. Zero Democrat enthusiasm, WEAK Leadership

Yeah I think people are sleeping on the fact that Biden distanced himself from the radical antifa/BLM/Green New Deal wing of the Democrat Party. If those folks don't vote for Biden, the election is over.

Dan bongino had the point last night, Trump's sole purpose for this debate was to draw a stake between biden and the far left to reduce his base...while trump does nothing to lose his. There are no undecided. It's all about turnout.

This tweet proves that point.

I think this was the strategy all along. He really doesn't care how he comes across, and he's not out there to win more votes. He's out there to help Joe alienate the radical left even more.

Finally someone who gets it. Sport hit the nail on the head. Dems are desperate for turnout. This is the second unlikable candidate for them. They didn’t get a ton of turnout in 2016. Bernie’s big post convention statement to the far left/radiIcals was to support Biden bc they finally got the party to make many of their agenda items part of the platform. If their far left/radical side doesn’t see Biden as someone who will carry those out and who just used them to get the nomination, they won’t turnout. Trump drove a wedge last night. I expect next time that he will increase that divide.

he absolutely tried to drive a wedge between the moderates and far left, and did a good job on that. However, he also didn't sway any independents towards him.

Overall, it was a wash last night as far as moving the needle.

They will vote Biden. Dems don't have a litmus test.

Nobody wants Sleepy Joe as a leader, including the Radical Left (which he lost last night!). He disrespected Bernie, effectively calling him a loser!

Exactly. If that was his point, then perhaps he shouldn't have yelled it every time he had the gotcha. I really don't think that far leftists are going to be like "Trump is blatantly giving out his plan to separate us and have us not vote. Let's do that!!"

I am certain Hillary lost, in part, because not all of those folks voted for her in 2016.

They hate Trump as much as they love the leftist policies. That’s a wash.

The moderates that Hillary lost aren't going back to the left.
