We've had about over 30 years of serious trade imbalances, but nobody has done anything about it but flap their gums. I see this as a poke with a stick enough to get some real attention.

Are you ever right?

With the benefit of hindsight, we can say that Roosevelt was right. Saving the market economy and democracy during the Great Depression required a significant overhaul of established economic practices that no longer served the interests of the vast majority of the nation. It was impossible to do so without significantly eroding the prevailing restraints on economic policy.

Economic populism is different. There are times when some economic populism may in fact be the only way to forestall its much more dangerous cousin, political populism

It just dawned on me, I’ve got it figured out with both yourself and the other “prolific” poster in this very thread (every thread) insofar as the wired up and frenzied and manic posting is concerned. I’m conflicted as to whether to expound on it or not. I’ll only say for now that there’s a reason why you two double the pace of posting on everyone else, both the rate of posting as well as the level of hysteria - and it’s something not naturally occurring in the human body. A man made product. Cat’s out of the bag, but only with me - for now.

Market has been due for a correction for a long time. The Fed's QE under obama created all sorts of artificial bubbles in the market rather than just let the market correct itself organically. To offset inflation at the time, fed started lowering interest rates to next to nothing. It was their only card they could play. Well, once they stsrted raising interest rates, inflation stsrted rearing it's ugly head. So the market needs those bubbles to pop and get the correction that should have been done from the get go

The amount of assumptions you make is mind-boggling. You’re a complete moron.

You can never post a link supporting your delusional accusations. You aren’t smart enough to debate without lying.
