I don't think it's going to come down to swing states. I could be totally wrong, but I think 2020 is going to be a massive repudiation of leftist bullshite and it's going to come in the form of a Mondale-esque landslide for Trump.

Meh, Desantis and Scott won in 2018 after Maria. The bigger impact in 2020 will be felons being able to vote. Regardless, FL is much safer than PA, MI, AZ, or WI.

While it could narrow the gap not all 200,000 are voting age. Say 150k are. Say 100k of those register to vote in Florida, say of those registered voters 70% turn out to vote.
70k votes, of which 30-35% go to Trump. Might be a net gain of 50k for Dems
And last I saw Trump has over 50% approval in Florida. I think Fla, Ohio, Iowa, NC are safe for him. It will come down to if he can get one of Michigan, Wisconsin, or Pa again

I’m not sure. They’re US citizens so I would guess if they changed their permanent residency to Florida and registered to vote they could? Doubt very many do that though
