WH is outraged that Special Counsel has their emails, including the Pence emails.

Merry Christmas from Hannity!

Trump should not fire him - Muellers credibility is shot and firing him will allow the lugenpresse to make Trump look bad.

Mueller can do Trump no harm - why on earth would you fire him?

Um, I'm pretty sure what Mueller did may be illegal.

while this whole $hit show should end, I dont see a need to fire him. all that would do is give the prog filth a new talking point. The investigation is tainted and has no credibility, nothing to worry about. I do believe Flynn walks as it is becoming more apparent that they used the phoney dossier as pc for the fisa. If that is proven, somebody is going to prison.

Trial Balloon.

Trump doesn't want to or need to fire Mueller now. He's at 32%, several prominent Republicans are totally opposed to him, he just endorsed a suspected pedophile who went on to lose. If he fires Mueller now the reaction will be too much for him to withstand.

If Mueller has the goods on Kushner, Trump will try to trade Kush to Mueller in exchange for slowing, not stopping, the investigation. If Mueller refuses, he shuts down the investigation with much the same outcome, things slow down, Kush gets indicted. That's why this is an offer Trump is ready to make, by doing a deal now, any sort of deal, he seeks to curry favor later.

He needs to go but firing him would be a shitshow of epic proportions. They fricked up by allowing him to get started and just have to deal with it now

All Trump has to do is daily expound on Muller's missteps, and keep reminding Americans of his teams obvious and blatant conflicts of interests, and Muller will destroy himself.

Jesus Christ where do you guys keep getting this shite? Flynn is almost home and dry. Given his record of military service, most of which is still untarnished, he has a realistic shot to avoid a custodial sentence. The maximum penalty he would then be liable for is a $500 fine.

The very idea that he would try to undo his guilty plea, given what he is believed to implicated in (even for just the fraction of the accusations for which there is very strong publicly available evidence) is just utterly fricking insane. It's equivalent to the idea that you might win a game of Russian roulette but then play again against yourself to celebrate.

And no, the investigation is not tainted. Oh no, some people didn't like Trump and wrote it in text messages. Wow. Big woop. Yes course the subjects of the investigation are throwing mud hoping something will stick. But look at the mud they're throwing, it's almost like they're lining up their talking points for the time between the conclusion of the investigation and the articles of impeachment being raised.

And the FBI didn't need the fricking dossier to pick up Flynn. Wake up. He took money from a foreign government. He appeared on their tv channel for which he also got paid and in doing so also broke the law. He had dinner with their president. There are pictures. Jill Stein was there too! This shite wasn't dug up off a fisa warrant.

I remember hearing that Mueller wasn't finding anything, that the investigation would be finished by Xmas. Well, maybe one of those points might still be true, but mainly because the other wasn't. Turns out Mueller was two steps ahead every single time.

the investigation is tainted. Just the stuff that we know about publicly should be more than sufficient to prove that this will never go to trial, just the dis overy process would be enough to sink it. It was a.scam, plain and simple. Their bish didnt win and they got mad. And fyi, Flynn wont have to change his plea to walk, the charge goes out the window with the bonk fisa. (bonk fisa=tainted).

Nope, I believe that GOP congressmen stop being rubber stamps at about the point that Trump's approval rating affects their ability to seek donor money.

They already had to go into hiding and pretend town halls aren't a thing. I believe, deep down, most of them are good people who got into politics for the right reason, are still shellshocked from the post election enema they've received from the public who suddenly love the ACA, and want to do politics the way they used to, sitting around at town halls on wet Tuesday nights in a half empty room dodging questions from democratic staffers pretending to be members of the public long enough to get to the odd sycophant or political groupie.

He admitted to it. If he lied in a document that went in front of a judge, isn't that perjury? But more importantly, if his plea deal is thrown out, anything else he's told Mueller will be turned over. Not to mention the stuff we know his plea protects him from, such as being investigated by both the FBI and Pentagon for taking money from a foreign govt.

Come on, man.

Even if you believe that you think what has them scared is Trump?

It couldn't be those slush funds being revealed? Or not doing what they promised their constituents?

The only ones scared are the NeverTrumpers.

He could probably end the investigation with an executive order.

Where is all this "firing mueller" stuff coming from? Did I miss a development today?

Some low level democratic pol makes some off-handed remark on the radio ("there's a rumor he will fire him!") and it is supposed to be taken as gospel?

Trump knows next week will be the best week of his entire presidency to date. His first major policy victory is happening on tuesday. He wants the headlines to be about the cuts.

A media mastermind like DJT is not going to fire Mueller, at least not in the near future.
