RNC against it
GOP house/senate leadership against it
Alabama will probably be against it after big business F’s them over
Got to win in 2020 and not piss off white women living the burbs in PA, OH, MI,WI, VA, etc
Need to focus on New York basically allowing infanticide

At this point the Executive should say that federal Judiciary and state legislators need to settle where jurisdiction lies. Central to the argument, regardless of jurisdiction, would be a legal definition for when life begins and beyond that point I will make it my business to protect it.

I think it’s pretty easy for him to say, I support exceptions and want congress to pass a 20 week ban and if a doctor does a failed abortion then they must give the baby care. Also state that states have rights and Alabama certainly has the right to enact the laws at the state level they wish

Trump won't say a word for or against it if he is smart.
If he comes out against it, he will demobilize a good portion of the pro-life folks. He will need them this time around and as of now has their support - unlike his first run.

Any time he is asked, he should say "Roe vs Wade is the law of the land, until I am otherwise informed. I don't make laws, I enforce them."

If he does, I'll still vote for him, as he is entitled to his opinion. It's a state's right issue that the SCOTUS has to resolve, not DJT.

An airline isn't going to cancel a billion dollar A320 order and switch to the 737 Max 8 because the planes were assembled in a pro-life state.
Do you really think a SJW in New York is going to ask where the Mercedes SUV they want to buy was manufactured?
Is Home-Depot going to stop buying pressure-treated southern yellow pine from Alabama?

In the final analysis, what are we winning by allowing the unchecked murder of millions of innocent lives? People who accept or advocate for the abomination called abortion are losing their compassion, civility, conscience, moral clarity and ultimately their eternal souls.
If it's about winning elections I guess we conservatives should do an end around on the Dims and hijack the Dim political platform as our own, that should do it. Right?
