Can anyone seriously argue this? Are you not better off than you were 2 years ago? 6 years ago? 10? If not how so? Curious to hear legit answers of why not.

Things have gotten continuously better for me since about 2010. They haven't stopped improving under Trump.

Sure. But I could have said the same thing 2 or 6 years ago. We can pretend everyone's life got worse under Obama but there isn't much to back that claim up.

The '70s were a shite show economically, politically, socially (morally and ethically), in this country. A total hangover from the '60s. Need I list what happened in this country in the '70s? Where to start? Vietnam, the fall of Saigon, Watergate, OPEC embargo, Massive Recession, Welfare boom, Iran collapse, Jimmy Carter Administration, etc., etc., etc.
