Please don't talk down to people about principles going forward. We'll just have to rehash this thread and your position.

If are OK with revenge being part of politics then say so. Don't just say it's cool for one side but not the other.

Simpy stating the fact.

Are you finally acknowledging that Trump has spent 10 months settling old scores...rather then governing?

If so you and I are finally making progress.

Think about this.

You actually support a politician leading and governing by revenge and willingly reneging on campaign promises just to settle petty scores.

That is bullshite and and why he has no business in Washington.

And you call Trump a child? GTFO.

This is precisely what Trump has been doing for 10 months.

Only the most myopic supporter won't admit it ...hell there are 10 threads a day from Trump supporters celebrating how he is doing just that.

You certainly do.

quote:

Bush, Clinton and Obama did and it didn't work and now they're closer than ever to having a nuke themselves.

You don't know shite.

I know a good deal more then you. I know that North Korea is that middle child who acts out to get attention. Rather then give that kid negative attention you ignore it.

North Korea isn't really that big of a threat...if they were then South Koreans would be freaking out. They aren't.

quote:

I disagree with the president here but he only sent a marginal increase that's so small it's really nothing more than keeping the status quo and that's better than a new full blown surge.

The troop needed to come home the day after bullets entered Bin Laden's body. Period. That was the mission...and there is zero reason that we have American's still on the ground fighting in that shite hole.

Who are you talking about again?

It's hilarious isn't it. They have become so myopic where it concerns trump that they truly don't see what his presidency has been about for the last 10 months.

Meanwhile, he's back on the golf course yet again.

Why govern when you can golf.

You know why McCain's statement isn't going to do shite?

Because he's part of the problem himself and he's burnt up all of his goodwill years ago.

If you want a statement like that to have to some good effect, pick a better messenger.

quote:

i'm merely agreeing that his statement, as i quoted it, was both savage and true.

It's not.

It's the same interventionist tripe that is stretching our military thin and bogging them down in the mideast and africa and cost thousand of lives belonging to our service members.

John McCain knows full well the horrors of war and what it brings and yet he beats the war drums every chance he gets and never misses the opportunity to suggest where we should send some more of our service members to die needlessly.

He's a bloodthirsty piece of shite that has no business being in the senate.

Uh Trump has been keeping his campaign promises and has never backed down in the face of whatever controversy that started with him as a subject.

So your solution is to double down on the same failed strategies of Bush, Obama and Clinton?

No wonder Trump beat your arse.

I knew the 2008 election was a complete lose/lose either way and the actions of McCain and Obama for the past 9 years have proven me right.

I voted Bob Barr and kept the disgusting horror of actually giving that warmonger my vote off of my clean and pure as white snow conscience.

That has no bearing on whether or not it was savage & true, but yeah I do. It's because populist idiots are always going to be populist idiots, and there will never be a shortage of politicians coddling them & telling them their problems are someone else's fault.

Let me just drop off a certain poster's very-recent rationalization of a certain CINC's decision on Afghanistan:

One can only imagine the laughs McCain must share every time a draft dodging twat like Trump tries to intimidate him.

He thinks you're an idiot Trump! Nothing you can do or say will ever change his mind.

I'd love for someone to calculate the amount of blood on McCain's hands for his warmongering during his terms as U.S. Senator. How people defend this psychopath is beyond me.

Keep telling yourself that when McCain is part of the very same swamp that has cost us trillions of dollars in stupid wars and cost us the lives of thousands of our service members.

That rationalization is me telling what actually happened with no bullshite.

In fact, Trump fricked up by staying in Afghanistan but if he's going to do it, simply sticking to the status quo is preferable than an escalated surge that is not necessary after we killed Bin Laden.

90Proof and AsuRob1 for example.

They don't even bother to defend the fact that McCain is an interventionist warmonger and would've been a third term of Bush 43 if god forbid he won the White House.

Like Brain tumor which has a 98% kill rate.

In fact, that just makes him so fricking weird. He's old as shite in the waning years of his life, rich as shite and has a full blown tumor making itself nice and comfy in his head and all he's worried about is petty and partisan bullshite against the President regardless of the potential consequences to his constituents.

If I were him, I would GTFO of DC and go home and enjoy as many more Arizona sunsets as I can.
