I believe any part of their nuclear program would become very deep holes. Government buildings and control and command. Any thing that could be used to stop tankers would be handy.
The real point is to help the protesters overthrow their government. Why piss off and unite people by hitting a mosque or cultural site. There are more than 520 strategic sites much less 52.

I hit the wrong button. But yea, ranting again. Dude gave me the red arse. That’s why I have stayed on the football board. Too many god damn Democrats on the political board. It was making me pissed off all the time. Watching Joe destroy teams, especially the Aggies, have made my life much happier.
