uh no it wasnt, Manafort and particularly Gates were taking foreign money while they worked for Trump according to the dates in the indictment. Trump just lied again.

Because he has experience. He worked on the Dole and Bush campaigns, something CNN isn't going to mention. In fact I just heard a CNN anchor ask "Why did he hire this random guy Manafort in the first place?" They don't even know that Manafort is a well known political consultant that has worked on numerous campaigns. Fake news at its finest.
