I haven't read the whole thread so you might be replying to someone who is actually talking about state money, but if you're talking about the OP prompt, Trump isn't.
It clearly says he is going to withhold federal money, which is at his discretion. And the federal government often threatens to withhold federal funds to states for not doing what they want them to do.
I love it when Trump withholds federal money for states who violate his EOs with regard to immigration and/or trans men competing in women's sports and the like.
I don't think it's a good idea to withhold federal money over not shopping from Jewish businesses, but not because I'm an anti-Semetic conspiracy theory Huckster Carlson crack sniffing idiot, just because that falls in the category of Trump's personal preferences instead of in the realm of immigration or civil rights law.

The US has never had a direct conflict with the Ottoman empire. Even during WW1, the US and the Ottoman empire never formally declared war on each other. You could make a case for The Barbary wars, but even those weren't a direct conflict with the Ottoman Empire.

Since the end of the bronze age Jews have conquered and lost the land known as Israel at least four times. No other singular group has a claim to match the Jews.
The Ottomans controlled the area from the fifteenth century until the first world war. The Brittish then controlled the area until the Jews finally took control in 1948. The Palestinians have never as a people controlled Israel.

This isn't something that started in 1948.
To say the Jews are not rightful heirs to the land is to deny history. The Arabs were only moved in as a counterbalance by the Ottomans. The Ottomans empire was made up of Turks, Greeks, Serbs and many other ethnic groups. Arabs were not the dominant ethnic group of the Ottoman empire. Funny I never saw any Israeli military in Iraq or Afghanistan. Not one swinging dick. I met Aussies, Canadians, Italians, Brits, Danes, French etc.. Our greatest allies felt it best to limit their involvement for some reason. If there were any Israeli’s around they’re really fricking good at hiding.

Mexico has no claim to the USA. Mexico declared independence from Spain in 1821 and by 1836 had lost Texas when the Texans, who were invited in as settlers by Mexico to be a buffer between Mexico and the Commanches, declared independence from Mexico and defeated Mexico at the Battle of San Jacinto.
And ten years later after Mexican army incursions into Texas, now a part of the USA, the USA went to war with Mexico, occupied Mexico City and completely defeated Mexico. In the peace negotiations the US paid Mexico fifteen million for parts of California, Arizona and New Mexico.
So no Mexico has no claim. The Aztecs or the Spanish might be a better example for you.

You had a decent rant going (agreed with some of it) however, you lost me here . You know damn good and well, the Christians were NEVER a majority there, EVER ! Not even close. Not even under Constantine, or even centuries after Constantine. I Don’t quite understand what you are trying to accomplish here, but you lost me on this point.
