if a dying person is willing to try experimental treatments or drugs then no one should be stopping them much less making it illegal to help them do it.

they are dying so frickin what if it might kill them? if they dont care and want to take that risk FRICKIN GET OUT OF THE WAY AND LET THEM DO IT!

Why do you think that? If someone is actually terminal, way shouldn't they be able to take a drug that hasn't been approved?

In some cases it takes a drug as long as 10 years to be approved.
