Nothing says he can't do EOs initially while also pushing for legislation.

The times changed when Obama changed the rules. Problem with being the Goose, is a Gander will always eventually follow.
Just like when McConnell begged Harry Reid to “not to break the rules or the senate in order to change the rules of the senate”(Quotes are importany) when it comes to approving obamas radical judges. He begged him.
Because of Reid’s nuclear option, Trump was able to appoint much more conservative judges. The result was Roe being overturned.

my issue with trump is he - imo - loves signing off on things but has little interest in doing the work to make these eos happen. where's any information about these hundreds of sweeping changes he's planning to sign off on? let's say he eliminates the dept of education. ok, sure. now what?

We'll see how happy. All need to be released in my opinion. IDC if they got rowdy. If theyve been in prison and not given due process they need to be released with a check. If they weren't even in DC they need to be released.

Then Congress has to make that change. They hold the strings to the purse. It would be great if we could go back to the actual rules the way they were intended
I also havent seen DoEd elimination (he may have said that just saying I havent seen it). Ive seen cuts to every dept. Vivek said at least 50% to education. Its absolutely getting abused right now.
