If Trump wasn't a dick just to be a dick, the ACA gets repealed during his first admin. "Saying mean things" hurt his (alleged) policies and all of us.
Remind me, was it during his first term that the FBI colluded with foreign operatives in order to frame, remove, and imprison him?

All this supposed leverage is going to be used to pass an actual budget with real spending cuts, right? The federal workforce cost is relative peanuts in terms of the big picture
We slash the Fedgov workforce down first, then use threat of further cuts to pass spending cuts

gee, if only trump behaved and acted like a swampy uniparty president he wouldn't be going through so much adversity.
shame on him for not selling out his base the moment he made it to office.

It’s almost as if slo thinks someone can change the DC landscape without pushback.
Pushback and hurt feelings are indeed the symptom of change. But sh!t, he knows everything

Yeah, it absolutely can. That's how the political world works, that's how the legal world works. What you say matters.

Trump used mean words. We also know that the intelligence agencies were weaponized to remove him from office, and imprison him. I would probably use mean words too.

the 4 year pause was literally the best thing to ever happen. he was so naive and got fricked hard his first presidency by his so-called friends and enemies alike.
they showed their true colors after J6 thinking he would never so much as sniff the white house again.. SURPRISE.
retribution tour in full effect now.

As bad as people on here want it Trump's admin will not fire 1,000,000 people. Even if they try to blame it on the democrats.

Yeah, and I don't care. Hegseth uses mean words too but he's in a different political position than Trump.
If Trump used the most flowery, polite language possible but still said something that would give the enemy ammunition I'd have the exact same criticism.

At least you're self-identifying as an impossible-to-please malcontent.
If he cured cancer today, we'd see you moan that he just made global overpopulation worse and tomorrow you'd hold a candlelight vigil for the funeral homes that he put out of business.

And if he doubled the deficit tomorrow you'd still be sucking his balls talking about 4D chess.
Hypotheticals are always easy.

Federal government salaries are about 5% of the budget, peanuts. So this will just deprive people services, and his approval will continue to plummet just to give some red meat to his die hards. Masterful gambit Mr President.

It's not just salaries.
It's also programs.
And anything is better than nothing.

It’s all window dressing without touching SS and the pentagon.

Don't disagree.
But, again, something is better than nothing

Our FY2025 deficit will be higher than FY2024. I’d prefer actual results.
