First, that is only 3: Kamala blowjob queen, pedo Joe, and Trump.

Second: if you are going to jump in a conversation that's ongoing, you will make more sense if you read the original message to get context on what you are replying to. The question I originally posed into response of a 3rd Trump term has the choices of Trump, Kamala blowjob queen, pedo Joe. There are several I can think of but that was not the question posed

See context does make a difference

We would need to repeal the 22nd amendment. Why would anyone want to do this?

MAGA boys can dream but the best bet would for Trump to step down one day past the two year mark. Then Trump could help ensure Vance gets chance for a legal 7 years 364 days as POTUS.

The 12th was referring to age, citizenship etc, not term limits. It would go to the SC, where the conservative majority would not dare to strike it down. Even if it were a liberal court, they wouldn't dare overturn an election. It would cause a civil war

The 12th doesn’t say that. It says “constitutionally ineligible”

The 22nd amendment is part of the constitution.

Trump is not eligible to be on the ballot as VP candidate

No one would be overturning an election, he simply would not be on the ballot. Most states would simply exclude him any dumb enough to include him would just be splitting the vote from other viable R candidates, it's fricking stupid to to even contemplate this nonsense.

I guarantee he would on the ballot in every state he would actually have a shot at winning.

If you don’t think Trump is willing to directly challenge the courts like this, you haven’t been paying attention. He lives for it

Edit: Which GOP state is going to have him removed from the ballot. Be serious.

Sure he would get kicked off California and Colorado. Who cares.

You all sound like uniparty supporters

Trump is done after this term. That’s what the constitution says.

I guarantee you Trump will not get a third term.

He might make it onto the primary in a few states, but that would be a very quick lawsuit he would lose well before the election.

Edit: since half of your comment didn't exist and you went and added it after I hit reply

He wouldn't make it through the primary, SCOTUS would remove him from the primary ballots immediately. you're fricking retarded if you think otherwise

I didn’t see your reply, I added the edit right after I posted

There is no way anyone could comply with that if Trump made it known he’s running again

And lol if you think that would ever get decided in time, or against Trump’s favor. The GOP has the votes. And if he doesn’t, he can expand the court prior to election and pack it.

The rules of politics have changed.

So your argument is he would get a third term because we would just throw away the constitution and all of our american institutions?

It would be litigated during the primary season, it would be decided within 2 weeks, it is the most cut and dry case there is. The constitution is very clear he's ineligible.

Are you this fricking retarded?
