I've spent a lot of time in Yuma and enough time in Nogales to know that Nogales is waaaaaayyyyyyy worse so that's where they should go.
Put them up in the motels on the border and make them eat at the local holes in the wall (Nogales has no stray animals which is really disturbing when you notice it) and they'll quit in no time at all. Nogales is also racist as hell if you aren't a certain color.

I hate Nogales. Yuma is nice enough for what it is. Nogales... that's a different world. Lots of cartel activity. I'd laugh my arse off seeing the IRS agents stuck down there during the summer.

They're just accountants, but they give them guns. Most of what we think of as "IRS Agents" are just Revenue Officers, who are unarmed and handle the civil, rather than criminal, side. There are a shite ton of Revenue Officers, but CID is actually pretty small by comparison. These are NOT the types that will even make a small dent in capturing illegals.
