Agreed. I assume he will be discussing sports though. Not politics

I’m fine with politics in sports
As long as they’re mine

If more right wing politics causes the Fordes and Wolkens to decide its too much and quit then it’s a win.

Barry used to go on sports broadcasts, too. Just don't ask him who his favorite player is, though, on his "favorite" team. LINK

I think you’ll just see them flip flop if more right wing politics got into sports

Big difference in the President weighing in on a decision that has major financial ramifications for hundreds of towns and universities versus Marxists propaganda being plastered over NBA courts.

Question: have you seen people on this board ask for politics to be kept out of sports?

Follow up: is the president calling into a sports show not the definition of “politics in sports”?

Answer both of those honestly and you’ll see why it’s a tad ironic.

Yes, but I think it’s more the lib politics that they want out

We should keep politics out of sports. I wish the president would stay out of this, at least publicly

I’m sure he’s been perusing social media and cable news to see what hot, popular opinions he can parrot.

With populists, expect populism.
