They were never Ukraine's Nukes, they were Russia's or the USSR's. Russia had the lanch codes, Ukriaine had nothing. They did not even no how to maintain them.

They were Soviet nukes and Ukraine ended up with about 5000 warheads. Moscow did have control of the operational codes, however, Ukraine did play a key role in their development.

Ukraine's nuclear scientists and facilities, such as the Pivdenmash factory in Dnipropetrovsk (now Dnipro), had played a key role in Soviet nuclear development, including missile design and production.

However, Ukraine never had operational control over these weapons—launch codes and command authority remained in Moscow.

About 10 weeks ago, the president of the US.

President Donald Trump said Tuesday afternoon that he thinks Ukraine, with help from the European Union, could win back its territory from Russia and return the country to its original borders. Trump had previously suggested numerous times that giving up some land would be a key component of resolving Ukraine’s war with Russia. “After getting to know and fully understand the Ukraine/Russia Military and Economic situation and, after seeing the Economic trouble it is causing Russia, I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form,” Trump said in a lengthy post on Truth Social.[/quote]

Let's see .... on the one hand the POTUS makes a claim. On the other, a fricking Major in the army makes a claim. RFK and the idiot journalist author weigh those equally.

Uh, wait a few more months and Trump might flip flop back.

Russia is in the driver's seat and is going for a grind it out type conflict. They historically have done pretty well in those types of conflicts.

For example?

When have they won a war of attrition? A war where they fought in trenches across a broad front with little armor. A war they won without the help of the US and others? A war where they started the war and conquered their enemy by themselves.

Btw, Germany attacked Russia and three years and 10 and a half months later the Nazis surrendered.

Russia attacked Ukrsine and three years and nine and a half years later mighty Russia is telling anyone that will listen that Ukraine is crumbling, but they are not.

IDK but Mike Johnson just approved $800 million more.

So are you saying we do have a dictator? I thought the house of rep consisted of more than one person?

The total number is far more than 187 billion, thats the "AI" response. When you tally in all the departments money, the US military assistance that hits their budget regarding logistics, observers, the IMF, NATO, the world bank, etc. its probably closing in on 300 billion.

800 million seems like a pretty severe haircut for cargo pants to steal

I want you to say this out loud and see how it sounds.

President Bone Spurs, a lifelong real estate agent, supposedly knows more about the true state of the front lines than a Ukrainian Major who has been doing the fighting?

More proof Cult 45 is robbing adults of their critical thinking abilities.
I missed this when you posted it.
The responses have been so brutal I'll just leave those to speak for themselves

I should add this though. TTBOMK, the motor mouth Major you're bequeathing with COM status was a career politician prior to joining the military in 2022. I suppose you didn't know that.

He's served a little over half the time in his new role, that Trump has as C-in-C of the most powerful military on the planet. Yet he's served longer than Trump as a politician (aka BS artist) ... which, to be candid, is the role your Major is also playing here.
