From watching Paxton's ads, I think the focus will be on Talarico, not Paxton.
Before seeing Paxton so much, I was very favorable towards him because of his actions as Texas AG. He is a thoroughly unlikeable candidate who cowardly runs from tough questions.
His campaign should be limited to: "You're a Texan. You can't send Talarico to Washington. He doesn't represent Texas."

does not matter - Paxton will win; and it's good that money is being spent; we need good turnout everywhere (even Texas) for better down ballot elections
