Yep!
I expect him to testify under oath the day after he releases his Tax returns.
Hopefully for his own sake and the sake of the office, he will not do so. Now that he made the mistake of running his big mouth political pressure will build. If he has the capacity to listen to council at the worst if he winds up bending to pressure he just created for him self it should only be an affidavit.

This is a message board, every post here is a waste of time! I rarely spend more than 60 seconds on a post, just use it for quick breaks from thinking about work. Just a tip for your future convos... the whole smug self importance mixed with phony self-deprecation thing isn't an effective trolling technique. I don't know why anyone feels the need to troll anyway, but if it brings you joy, who am I to stop you?

If there are no tapes (I still din't understand how there could not be tapes, but from Trump's response at the press conference, I don't think there are any) Trump's got nothing to loose by testifying, if his testimony is limited to his conversations with Comey.
It will be his word against Comey's, and just the fact that Trump would agree to testify, will make people more inclined to believe him. And Comey's truth-o-meter rating got damaged a good bit yesterday.
It's just liars poker, and Trump already knows what Comey said.

If he lies, which he will, and Mueller can corroborate that Trump asked Coates and the Admiral to get involved to help get the FBI off of Flynn, then we have a rip-snorting obstruction of justice case. You Trumpers have got to realize by now how stupid he is. Right?
