Good. Now convince your state legislators to vote your conscience.
Just leave it to cities to ban or not. Its not complicated. People will make it so though.
Our society is uber litigious and its disgusting. People are selfish and crave security.

He’s right, but this is hardly an original take. The only Republican who has called for a nation wide ban is his pal Lindsey Graham. I’m confused why Trump was attacking DeSantis and Dewine for making it a state’s issue? The point of Roe vs. Wade being overturned was that each state would be able to craft their own law, should they choose to do so. Jack Posobiec was throwing a tantrum on Twitter last week over DeSantis doing exactly that and blaming him for potentially costing Trump the state.

Yeah leaving it up to the states
You’ve criticized DeSantis for doing exactly this, making it a state’s issue.

That would be retarded GOP primary voters like yourself. The same people who cost us a red wave in 2022 by nominating shite candidates that lost numerous swing races.

Why do some people act like there’s something wrong with the states deciding how they are run?

He never said he’d do a nation wide ban. The only one who has said that is your cult leader’s BFF, Lindsey Graham. The same guy he put in charge of running his campaign in South Carolina.

You'll never get a national ban. You would get very few state bans.
You need it done on the local level.

That is the benefit of community. Like minded people tend to congregate together in communities.

I agree. This is an unfortunate byproduct of a free republic. But it shouldn't be surprising (laws made by lawyers).

That is exactly why I use the kindergarten teacher analogy for the federal government. 5 year olds have a distorted concept of fair and unfair (mostly based on narcissism and an undeveloped concept of the world). 5 year olds expect (and demand when unseen) some authority (even an unqualified and incompetent one) to provide that sense of security (especially those that limit liberties and freedoms).
It is a base desire for those who haven't matured (lack self control, competence in language and communication, and with a great capacity for temper tantrums when they don't get their way).

You are correct, here.
Also, when this went through in Florida is when I stopped supporting RDS, b/c he was not electable nationally anymore

not any time soon. I guess he could come out like a good Christian and pound his meaty fist on the podium as he demands a nationwide ban. But then, he'd get fricking routed in the election and we'd be staring down the barrel of Roe codified.

You’ll be able to ask that question of the millions of women voters who vote against Trump in 2024.

Look at FooManChoo's post above.
Those guys will not.
He was never an RDS guy, though.
