For All Bills passed by Congress, using the AutoPen “signature” is Unconstitutional.

This is NOT in Question.

Constitutionally, the Bill MUST BE Presented to the President for him to then sign.

The President’s Presence with the Document is REQUIRED.

For other legal documents, such as Presidential Pardons, Executive Orders & Presidential Proclamations - those documents have the SAME Constitutional Requirements, since they carry the SAME Force of Law.

Like I’ve previously explained numerous times before.

It’s the President’s actual, Real Signature, by his own hand,

Which PROVES his Presence with the Document - And his acceptance & approval of the Document, which carries [Force of Law].

Legally, ONLY the President can Approve these Documents to give them Force of Law. And he approves them, by signing the Documents in his OWN HAND.

NO ONE ELSE CAN DO IT.

Only POTUS can do it. The Executive Power of the United States is VESTED in THE EXECUTIVE.

PERIOD.

This is NOT in Question.

Without the President’s actual signature in his own hand, the Document is NULL, VOID, INVALID, MOOT.

It’s that simple.
