OP is correct in his assessment. The thing is the leftists don't care -- they think their opinion should be all that matters in America, even when they lose elections.

That's what we're dealing with.

It would bolster my faith in our country. It would show that despite all the partisanship and infighting we can come together to purge a potential threat to our nation.

I and I think many millions of Americans would disagree. He would be impeached simply because you all couldn't stand that you lost. But I guess our opinions mean nothing does it? Who we wanted, even if he was crude at times, means nothing does it? I guess you want your establishment person in there to keep us in line.

are Repubs really blaming Dems for this? I find that odd considering they have no government authority/power at the moment.

Antonio Moss did not provide any support for Hillary in his statement.

He's saying that Trump doesn't deserve respect, just because he campaigned on that "change" if he doesn't really represent it.

By that logic, then we have to respect Obama for running on "hope and change," even though that turned out to be a campaign tactic.

Only in the sense that 95% of the voting population chose Trump or Clinton.

but we're okay with that because Trump is one of us.

Your symbol of rejecting the upper class is a guy who was gifted millions from his father and has been a slumlord his entire life?

I used to think Trump was performance art and you're doing nothing to change my mind. Because you're too stupid, and because his campaign was perfectly catered to the lowest intellectual rungs, you have bought in hook line and sinker that this silver spoon fed arse clown is "one of you."

Holy shite what a time to be alive.

Say what you want but it will be real. If Trump is forced out thousands if not millions of Americans will be marching in the street that weekend and I will be one of them. I will get arrested and they can do to me what they want but my voice will not be silenced.

If Trump is forced out then American is gone and I hope America burns.

If Trump resigned or was impeached by a Republican congress, he obviously screwed up bigly and deserved it. Not sure why that would break your faith in anything but Trump.

So the First Amendment must be allowing this threat, right?

A typo doesn't change the fact that I'm right. We have enough dumbasses. Consider piping down for once

Let me guess. Hillary catered only to brilliant and enlightened people such as yourself?

Good point. That's the problem with the progressive mindset, ironically.

And conversely, the problem with the conservative mindset, is just the opposite: sameness for the sake of sameness.

Because he's politically inept and I can't point to a single policy of his that is beneficial to the country. He's a populist. Populism is typically void of policy; that holds true currently.
