ok just for fun, give us your academic/real world experience that would cause some respect for your opinions.
Its a message board genius. No one gives a frick about respecting opinions.
But if you do nominal research you will see this is stuff most here should have learned in their first year of college.
Most "opinions" give are simply old fashioned conservative economic staples that you folks left behind for economic populism.
Its all easily researched, you should never take anyone's word for it. This is literaly freshman material

They really suck at it. Theyre shedding export manufacturing like a stripper sheds clothes at a royal Batchelor party. Their one child policy doomed their future.
That is debatable. The Chinese population has grown so big that they were not capable of producing their own food and completely rely on imports to feed the population. That is a very dangerous position to be in. That is why they are panicking about these tariffs.

In other words none. That’s what I expected.

Just from AI

China's population is predicted to decline from 1.426 billion in 2021 to 1.313 billion by 2050 and below 800 million by 2100

No one cares who you respect, or who you are.
If you want to dispute opinions, we have this new fangled interweb thing that can give you answers in seconds.
You dont have to rely on the opinion of others anymore.

That is not true Roger. I like seeing some posters opinions and thoughts on political subjects.

I agree! What did you do in your first year? Something malfunctioned.

Maybe we realize that the economic policies that have been used for the last several decades suck and want ones that will put us in a place to prosper long term.

Thats fine. But instead of throwing shite when conservative policy is presented, why not just say yall arent interested in that anymore instead of the constant shite flinging?

I am good with that. How about dropping the Jethro, Gomer, etc. names and the “I knew you did not get an economics degree from auburn” when you do not know who I am or what education I have. It works both ways.

It dont hurt to do five minutes of independent research rather than flinging shite for half an hour.
Nothing said here cant be proven or misproven within a few minutes of unbiased research, yet no one does it.

When I post it is from what I have learned. You may disagree with it and that is fine. Adding in the insults does nothing but bring insults in return. It is a two way street

The Unlucky Number 4
One of the most common superstitions is the number four. Unfortunately, this number has many unlucky meanings, and people believe it brings misfortune and bad luck.
The number four gets its bad name because it sounds like “death” in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Thai. For example, in Cantonese, the pronunciation “si” means “death.” In Mandarin, the pronunciation “si” also means death, but it’s pronounced as “shi.” Therefore, the Chinese avoid using this number as their house, mobile and car number.

So do I. The thing about researching is that you have to be careful on getting to wrapped up into opinions or conclusions that only look at part of an economic principle. For instance, tariffs are a tax on the citizens. That is basically correct. You can run with that but have to omit the parts of the economy that influence the whole. We can agree that over spending is a huge problem right? We’ll trade deficits are also a huge problem. (Do not get wrapped up into the thought that trade deficits just show that you are a prosperous nation). When debt reaches the point that the US has you are running on a false economy. It is propped up by printing more money which causes more problems. If we were not 37t in debt the trade deficit would or could be managed. Now drastic measures must take place. Spending, trade deficits, fraud, will need to be addressed simultaneously. Do I like all of trumps plans? No, but his plan overall is leading us in the right direction IMO. Yours may not be the same so flame away.

Do you agree that so-called conservative policy and politicians have sold the American people down the river, with the help of the corporate whores, who fund both sides of the aisle, as long as they don’t upset the apple cart? Or just what do you think has us in a position of having >trillion dollar trade deficits, and our great and wonderful allies and trade partners funding their shitty socialism by placing ridiculous tariffs on American goods?
Traditional conservative policy and thought has been with us for the last 50 years while this has all been happening.
