I hope that before I leave this earth that I get to experience a Time where alcohol goes through the same thing that smoking did as far as popularity goes and falls out of pop culture but I really do

Scotch prices are ridiculous but Great Britain isn't in the EU so I don't think scotch would be affected.

The EU has had tariffs on bourbon for many years which is why finding a decent old fashioned in continental Europe is quite challenging. frick ‘em.

Wouldn't a few drops of iodine in a bottle of ever clear taste the same?
Give me a good bourbon or rye.
Scotch tastes greasy. I would drink anything over it.
Hell some apple pie moonshine is 1000% better. (Not the store bought crap).

Or Rye, the original American whiskey.

There is going to be some money pains on SOME items in your life, in everybody's life. Just the way it goes until it gets fixed. That is the direct result from years of people portraying the "keeping up with the Jones'" phenomenon.
I couldn't imagine some of you ever making it through the Great Depression.

Most of the tariff strategy by Trump is
“ART OF THE DEAL”
And when all of these countries sit there & realize they have major risk of losing the World’s Largest Consumer Market, and it’s not even close, but then they all will come to the table.
It’s happened every single time he does this, some of you need to see the pattern.
This is MAINLY TO BALANCE the trade war that’s been ONE-SIDED against the USA.
And if these countries don’t cooperate, then we start to manufacture more of those products here as best as we can.
It is hard to replace the consumables that come from regions that are RIPE & historically known for certain products such as Italian Wine etc etc
But this has to happen, we need to bite the bullets and let him do his work.
I’ll give an example that at least used to be in effect.
We export a ton of hides, leathers, skins etc to Italy, and then they make the finished product and then we import it back.
The initial and major piece of this was because of the process and the chemicals etc were illegal to use here, so we wind up paying more for it with all the shipping etc…
I’m not sure if that still applies, but it did when I was a shipping agent on the river.
We would export certain metals and other items to South Korea & then import the finished products.
That is ALL JOBS LOST for the American Economy.
The Globalist purposely made the USA workers as a whole lazier than we used to be, then they flooded our communities with drugs.
And the Americans that continue to be hard workers, they TAX US INTO OBLIVION to where it’s hard to get ahead and most are living paycheck to paycheck while the Globalist make all the Profits.
That’s been their entire game plan to take us down.
We have been getting abused and TRUMP IS USING OUR LEVERAGE AS THE WORLDS LARGEST CONSUMER to bring these pricks to the table.
Let the man work his magic!
And for some items that we have to buy abroad, then maybe a higher price, so be it.
But in the same manner, this will also bring major manufacturing back to the USA & the money stays here.
Plus; if something costs more, it’s ok, because we are about to see MAJOR TAX BREAKS!
