I read somewhere that BiBi called an emergency meeting immediately upon hearing that DJT had said that, and he went unhinged.

I definitely wouldn't that, I think you're wrong ... but he does say things, from time to time, that could have been worded differently.
Still, he has a method to his madness and I really do not have a problem with it most of the time.

It would be hard for any leader to swallow Trump telling the world that leader will do what I tell him to do.
He fumbles with words a lot or, mis speaks a lot.
